Misty has dedicated 28 years to the mental health industry, offering counseling to individuals. For 15 years, she has served as the CEO of Innovative Therapeutic Services, Corp. Misty Cromartie, CEO and co-owner of Innovative Therapeutic Services, brings 24 years of experience in the mental health field. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Arts in Psychology from The Catholic University of America. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Board-Approved Supervisor, Misty plays a crucial role in guiding the company and its mental health professionals, ensuring the provision of top-notch care. Her leadership and steadfast dedication to compassionate care have established Innovative Therapeutic Services as a symbol of hope and resilience in the community.

I am passionate about the desire to help survivors unlock their potential and pursue their dreams, reminding them that they are more than what was done to them. I want to help support survivors restore the control that was taken from them.

Experience

Misty Cromartie is a skilled professional with extensive experience in therapeutic services, dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges and fostering healing and personal growth. Her empathetic approach empowers clients to achieve their goals.


In addition to her therapeutic work, Misty actively participates in Human Trafficking Task Forces, collaborating with law enforcement and community organizations to combat trafficking and support survivors. Her advocacy efforts raise awareness about the complexities of this issue.


With a dual focus on therapy and advocacy, Misty effectively addresses the psychological impacts of trauma while contributing to systemic change, inspiring others to join the fight against human trafficking and support survivors' healing journeys.
